Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://hbspropertysolutions.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Excavation, Brush Removal, Land Clearing, Property Maintenance, Junk Removal provided by HB's Property Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by HB's Property Solutions or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. HB's Property Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of HB's Property Solutions arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold HB's Property Solutions harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. IN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
